This page is the official support resource for the StockHub iOS app and the stockhub.work website. Use the contact information below for help with your account, your subscription, a connected brokerage, data questions, bug reports, or feature requests.
What to include in a support email
To help us reply with a fix instead of a follow-up question, please include:
- Your account email — the email you sign in with.
- Device and OS — for example "iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 26.5".
- App version — visible in Settings → About → Version.
- What you were doing — the screen you were on and what you tapped.
- What you expected vs. what happened — and a screenshot if you can.
Common topics
Account & sign-in
StockHub uses Microsoft Entra External ID for authentication. If you can't sign in, please try resetting your password from the sign-in screen first. We never see your password and cannot reset it for you, but we can help if the email itself isn't recognised or if you'd like to change the email on your account.
Subscription & billing
StockHub subscriptions are billed through Apple. To change, pause, or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something looks wrong on our side, email us and we'll investigate.
Brokerage connection
If a connected brokerage stops returning data, the most common cause is an expired access token — disconnect and reconnect the brokerage from Settings → Account. We never see your brokerage username, password, PIN, or multi-factor credential; sign-in always happens on the brokerage's own page.
Data & accuracy
StockHub displays a mix of brokerage-licensed data (when you connect a broker) and delayed market data licensed to us by third parties. If a number looks wrong, please tell us the ticker, the screen, and the timestamp shown — that's enough for us to trace it.
Account deletion
To delete your StockHub account and the personal information associated with it, email john@stockhub.work from the address on the account. We confirm and process deletion requests within thirty (30) days, subject to the record-retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

We read every one. Feature requests don't always make the next release, but they shape the roadmap.
