End User License Agreement

Effective date: May 21, 2026 · Last updated: May 21, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the StockHub mobile application (the "App") and is a legal agreement between you and John DeGraft-Johnson, an individual sole proprietor doing business as "ASI" with principal place of business in Maryland ("ASI", "we", "us"). By creating an account, installing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

ASI grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

This license terminates automatically if you breach this EULA.

2. No Warranty

3. Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Intellectual Property

ASI and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in this EULA. Data provided by your connected brokerage and other third-party data providers is owned by, and licensed by, those providers. Your use of that data is subject to this EULA and to any terms imposed by the originating data provider.

5. No Financial Advice

The App displays historical trade outcomes, model-derived signals, and educational content. Nothing in the App is investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing in the App is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to enter into any transaction. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. ASI is not a registered investment adviser.

6. Your Brokerage Account; Third-Party Data

The App may connect to your account at a third-party brokerage at your election, using an OAuth flow operated by that brokerage. You authorize ASI to use access tokens issued by that brokerage solely to retrieve data on your behalf for display in the App. ASI does not store your brokerage password or PIN. You may revoke that authorization at any time through the brokerage's account settings; revocation will disable the data-dependent features of the App.

Market data and other data retrieved from your connected brokerage is licensed to you, not to ASI, by that brokerage. You may not redistribute that data outside the App.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. ASI may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination the license in Section 1 immediately ends; you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices; ASI may delete data associated with your account, subject to applicable record-retention obligations; and Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The federal and state courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA. You and ASI each waive any right to a jury trial. You may not bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against ASI; all claims must be brought in your individual capacity.

10. Privacy

ASI's collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to that Privacy Policy.
